"Every time I showed up good places for breakfast or lunch sprouts and I had passed it many times on the way to Tahoe, we finally decided to give a chance to breakfast and there was a very nice find. It's probably the cleanest restaurant and the kitchen I've ever seen. After talking to them, they told me that they only serve turkeys and no other meat, so there is no fat in the whole business and they cook the turkey on site, so there is no fat. I have a variation of huevos racheros. It came in a bowl with zucchini and broccoli and mushrooms, black beans and rice and cheese and avocados with a little side chips and it was delicious. And incredibly healthy and has been embellished with delicious salsa. The staff was great. The young man who served us was a very friendly and well-maintained child, and he was very proud of the place where he worked: I don't give 5 very often, but this place was very good and healthy and just the right amount of food and the staff was top Notch and I would definitely recommend for breakfast or lunch.
