This amazing restaurant was an unexpected find. We were going to go to the Fajita Republic restaurant right next door and it did not open until 5, so we chose to try Eldinamita out. We enjoyed this restaurant so very much on our last visit, that it was at the top of our list to return again this year. Much to our disappointment it was nothing like we had had previously. We asked for the tuna tartare and the waiter insisted they only had the chopped "marinated" tuna, not the chopped raw tuna. After our dinner the owner told us that indeed the raw tuna was available.
