"We ate at Applebees in Frankfort two Saturdays in a row the first Saturday my husband said his food was cold and the second Saturday my broccoli wasn't done and all of my food was cold except for my barbecue chicken! They need to make sure the food is hot when it comes out no one wants to pay that kind of money for cold food!"
