What John Cowell doesn't like about The Ardingly Inn:
We booked on their website expecting to find the comfortable and friendly accommodation the site promised. So I actually went to the ardingly caffe and here I was served the beautiful, tasty dish, avacardo smash with rührei, instead of a poached egg as I don't like it especially. this was no problem again, since I had actually substituted with a fried egg before the fried eggs! Expecting comfortable and friendly accommodation, they were instead disturbed by a live band playing right outside their room until late. The following meal at an empty restaurant was deemed one of the worst ever experienced. On a positive note, cleanliness was maintained and sincere apologies were offered by the staff. Other guests found their stay satisfactory, with clean rooms, friendly staff, and good value for money. The food, however, received mixed reviews, ranging from disappointing to delicious. Overall, it seems like the Ardingly Inn may have some room for improvement.

Love coming here for a scrummy cooked breakfast. Nice staff and the food is always tasty and good quality. Would recommend for sure.
