Four of us went to the Highfield for lunch and to be fair two of the meals were fine. However the other two were frankly awful. The roast beef lunch was cold with rock hard vegetables and lumpy mash and the chicken mayo baguette was cold soggy and almost inedible with for example cheese that wasn't remotely melted and a bun that was just not warmed through.
