"I didn't expect it to feel like such a bar but whatever. Service was good. Server hit all the check marks, friendly, checked to see the food was good/correct, and refilled drinks without being asked. Only disappointment was the the price did not match the portion. Didn't quite feel like we got our moneys worth. Maybe that comes with a smaller town, dunno."

"This pub is low key with a varied menu and fantastic fish and chips!! Their deck in summer is beautiful and the bartender is fantastic. The place has great character and is close to a wonderful second hand book store too!"

"I dropped in on a very cold Feb. Sunday and was impressed in the first instance. I was greeted by a wonderful Ambassador/ Barkeep in Nora.The environment is welcoming, warm and friendly. I ordered a sampler and Nora delivered, based on my preferences. The beer was excellent with a special mention for The Kaber.I did not get to sample the food as I was there to sample the Craft. The menu is pretty diverse and there is something for all tastes.I will sample the food on my return.The gift shop is pretty cool as well.Well worth a destination stop or just passing through.I came, I experienced and got the BB cap!Parking: Plenty!"

"Located behind the strip mall. Pub/restaurant type with clean interior. We were seated but the fire place which was nice on a colder day. I ordered a Lavender Bees Knees to drink and if you enjoy Gin with a taste of lavender, I highly recommend this drink. It was quite enjoyable. As for the meal, I ordered the nachos and it was a large size, good enough to share and decently priced. The plus about it was that the toppings were layered through the chips, which is always more enjoyable, rather than having everything on top and having bare chips on the bottom. Our servers were checking in with us often and service was great. Would go again!"

"I am not usually particular about cleanliness in an eating establishment, I am willing to accept quite a bit, but this place really does not give off any vibes that it is cleaned on a regular basis. The seating is really rugged, not a place...you'd bring the family for a nice outing. For a take-out place likely it works okay, but when you come in and see the rough interior, you question whether the place gets inspected regularly. The pizza was okay, passable, nothing to get excited about. In a small town it is good to have some eating options, so at least this does achieve that, however, it would be nice if the owners would spend a bit of money on some paint and soap and get the place spruced up a bit."
