Had the burger that Texas Monthly said was one of the 50 best burgers in Texas green chili burger (and it comes with a fried egg). Outstanding. With sweet potato fries. An excellent lunch. Basin burger house has some good burgers and drinks. The buns were good, and the sides were decent. Further, the scenery around the restaurant lends itself to be more unique than other chains around town.
