The staff as always is super friendly, the food was excellent. We ordered Chicken quesadilla, Chile's Rellenos, enchiladas verdes and crispy brisket tacos. The horchata is my favorite drink and it is particularly delicious. Everything is very authentic and tasteful. Definitely recommend this little gem! read more.

What User doesn't like about Papa Tacho's (midland):
Catering quality. Beans are important to get right, slacking there usually let's you know other corners are cut. The beans tasted like dehydrated refried beans. The place was clean and staff were friendly but Midland overall is just like the tacos; disappointment and over inflated pricing for everything. read more.

"I would give this place 10 stars if there was an option. If you want amazing Tacos, come to this place! You will pay the same price to any other place, but for under-average tacos. All Taco combinations are perfectly paired here. Never disappointed when we come here. It is small inside but a cool place to hang while you eat and drink. My favorite taco here is her coconut shrimp and beer sprinkled fish. The owner is very nice and friendly and I like this every time I have been here, he talks to his customers."
