"I’m a long time roots natural kitchen fan from Blacksburg VA, but this location is just awful. The 3 times I’ve ordered from here my bowls have been so poorly mixed. I order 2 el jefe bowls and they looks like different meals entirely (see below). What a shame."

"Another order that is grounded by hired people who do not seem to listen and do not care. grilled nuggets were ordered because my daughter is gluten-free and has come home to discover regular baked nuggets. yes, it's a big thing because she couldn't eat it, and the drive thru is badly controlled and leads to frustration for many who go through. this place will not get my business anymore, I'm done."

"Dining at Chili?s was alway a good experience, but to it was great. Got to the restaurant as soon as it open and was seated quickly, the waiter took our drink orders and was back in no time at all. We ordered the spicy shrimp tacos, Smoke House burger and chicken tenders. All of the meals came out perfect, overall great experience. Will definitely be dining there again."
