The food was very tasty. The service was a little slower than I expected as it took almost thirty minutes at the drive-through window where there was only one other car in front of me; however, the server was polite. Also, it appeared the business was very busy inside, so the delay was likely because the staff was working their tails off. Service: Take out View all feedback.

I use to love this place. I bought the chicken fiesta salad and the chicken wasn’t properly cooked to correct temperature. I’m not sure if they were in hurry or not trying to meet the demands of customers. It’s been awhile since I’ve been back thought I would try the chicken fiesta salad again and the salad was wilted. Fantastic place to get some Tex-Mex. The chicken is SO good. And they have limes for your waters. Plus, the yucca is delicious.

"I’m a long time roots natural kitchen fan from Blacksburg VA, but this location is just awful. The 3 times I’ve ordered from here my bowls have been so poorly mixed. I order 2 el jefe bowls and they looks like different meals entirely (see below). What a shame."

"Another order that is grounded by hired people who do not seem to listen and do not care. grilled nuggets were ordered because my daughter is gluten-free and has come home to discover regular baked nuggets. yes, it's a big thing because she couldn't eat it, and the drive thru is badly controlled and leads to frustration for many who go through. this place will not get my business anymore, I'm done."
