What Susan Carr doesn't like about First Watch:
I usually order the eggs Benedict, which is always good, but I wanted to try the pork sausage that my boyfriend always raves about, so I ordered a traditional breakfast. The sausage was so overcooked that I couldn't cut it with a knife. When I told the waiter, he just shrugged his shoulders and never offered to do anything about it. Very disappointed, at least the mimosas were good. View all feedback.

Everything was great....service, food. It was a short wait because tables were spaced due to Covid protocol but it wasn't bad...15-20 minutes. Staff wore masks and tables wiped. I ordered the Tri-fecta with waffle..fresh blueberries and turkey sausage. Delicious! Coffee was good and hot. I've not had a bad experience. Highly recommend this restaurant. Stay safe everyone.
Surprisingly good food for a chain! Felt comfortable with the COVID-19 precautions in place too.
My husband and I have started eating First Watch weekly and this is by far the best one we have been to!! Marcos, the manager, is absolutely amazing and truly cares about his staff and customers. This experience made it to where this is the only one we will be coming to! Thank you so much! Food is DELICIOUS!
I ordered take out from the website. While my order wasn't ready when they said it would be, the manager apologized for the delay and then brought it out to me in my car. The belgian waffle was absolutely delicious, especially with the berry sauce it came with!
