"Lots of bowl options with rice or lettuce base. I’m an oil free vegan so could only do fresh veggies, none of the beans or roasted veggies. The staff don’t have any knowledge or patience for oil free vegans which is annoying."

"Food was solid like always but there werent, enough straws for the emount of drinks, the coffees that all look the same but had different flavors werent marked or labeled in a way so we just had to guess people got the right flavor, multiple ordered sauces were missing and there was a singular napkin. It was fast but i rather you take the extra time to make sure its packed correctly rather than rush it out."

"5/24/22 order the delivery via panera website. they have a problem with missing items, but no one will answer the phone at panera. it rings and rings and then just stops ringing (no answer.) so they don't care if they have messed up their order. there is no way to tell them. starts at 11:50, still at 1:36 pm. no answer, even if they choose to talk to a manager. 5/25/22 call again at 9:30 o'clock, same. no answer. update: you need to contact panera via facebook. they offer a $5 loan, but this will not be the missing item and delivery. customer support later even more credit after I complained. also here, no effort to send the missing article to me and no contact from the local business at all."

"Order the lemon chicken dish online to pick up and take out. when I came home to eat it was so much dressing on him and it was unusable in the round. the large part of the salat floated in the dressur in the bottom of the bowl."
