Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Midlothian

What Raleigh Salyer likes about Tropical Smoothie Cafe:
I have always had great customer service, but unfortunately the cafe is very dirty. The bathroom is filthy, tables are all scattered, chairs are scattered, the floor needs to be sweep and mopped , most of the light bulbs are burned out, there has been a ladder and boxes in the hallway to the bathrooms now for months, terrible dust on the a/c vents, the filter is black on the a/c intake, today no cookies in the displa... Terrible service. 5 people working, three are sitting on their phones behind the window, and the girl working the register had her boyfriend in and they are just snuggling. 20 people in the store and we’ve been waiting for 15 minutes for a smoothie. Clearly no management View all feedback.
