This is one of favorite Popeyes locations. I try to go when it isn't too busy, as I know sometimes they have a bit of a hard time with too many customers at once. That being said, their service is great, the place is usually pretty clean, but best of all, their chicken is top notch. I love their crispy chicken sandwich most of all. What moses g doesn't like about Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen:
30 minute wait for my food (11 piece family meal) through the drive through. I get that it was busy, but there was no “sorry for the wait” or “thanks for your patience” or any acknowledgement at all. The also forgot a part of my order (3 piece beignet) and had to wait for them to correct that too, again with no word of apology. Good food, for sure, but the team needs some customer service training.
