Great burgers! I especially like what I only know as the Double R Bar Burger!! The barbecue sauce is amazing!! And I always get the large Roast Beef!! The fried chicken is great as well! had the Lucky Burger and I substituted the ham with roast beef because Im not a big pork eater, and it was pretty good, the only issue I had with the Lucky Burger is there was no LTOP, (lettuce tomato onion and pickle) it just needed those toppings for it to feel complete to me, or maybe a sauce like a horseradish aoili, or BBQ just something to add more moisture. had the Dark Fried Chicken and it was pure perfection... One of the best roast beef sandwiches that I've had in a long time. The fries were undercooked but it I was on the run. Will definitely go back.
If you loved the old Roy Rodgers restaurants, this place is for you. Good chicken, good roast beef. love the lucky R burger with ham. fast service (unless they sold out of chicken and are making more. Lots of Roy Rogers memorabilia.
Non-chain resturant with excellent roast beef, fried chicken, hamburgers and fries. Indoor and sime tables out in front where the cars drive by to the carry-out window. Not fancy, obviously, but well worth the trip.
Food is always hot and fresh unlike other fast food drive thru's. Love their BBQ sauce!!!
