"What a neat-looking place, nice porch with tables for enjoying a coffee or pastry or sandwich. The parking situation is not so good, however. It was scary trying to back up from the front entrance as it is right on the highway and at a curved part, so the oncoming traffic may not see us backing up. There is no way to turn around in the tiny parking lot -- you have to back up. At any rate, the experience with the food was "one good and one not so good". I really loved the sandwich but was underwhelmed with the Nanaimo bar. It was quite busy so guess it much be good."

"What a cute little coffee shop in Mill Bay! Service was fantastic! We were visiting from out of town and the girl working there was so helpful with directions and made me the best latte I have ever had. <br/>Blueberry scones were delicious, and shop was very clean compared to other local cafes. We cannot wait to come back next summer on our next trip."

"This is a lovely dinner spot. It was our first visit but we were with friends who highly recommended it and they were right! This is fine dining without any stuffiness. Fresh ingredients presented nicely and tasting wonderful. For starters we shared warm olives, baked brie focaccia. Our entrees were Duck Confit, two Tenderloins and a Swordfish dish. Desserts were Mint Chocolate Mousse, Chocolate Ganache plate and Yuzu Tart. It was all so very delicious, cooked beautifully with rich flavours. Oh, and of course paired with great Unsworth wines."

"This restaurant has always been here. It's totally historic. The thing is, it's a masterpiece, and it always has been. Timeless excellence! They have the best fries in town. No kidding. Thick cut and cooked perfectly. Mozza and bacon burger was as good as you would have at home. Service is great as well. The Corner House is a Duncan teasure."

"I'm a bit of a sushi nut so when I heard about this place I was really excited. I had a good selection of nigiri from the menu and I can say that the fish quality is the best in Victoria...definitely pricey so it won't be my regular, but I will be back for sure. The chef is a real character and clearly passionate about his work."

"Stopped here for lunch after visiting the Shaw Centre since it was close by. We arrived right at open so we were seated immediately. We ordered the following: Thai Coconut Mussels: Good sized mussels and reasonable serving size. Broth was a bit bland...though. Feature Soup: Average. It was Potato Bacon. Nothing special. Kids Chicken Strips and Fries Average overall. Fries were good, similar to McDonalds. Chicken was actually a breaded chicken cutlet that was sliced into smaller pieces. Cheese Board: Average. Red Snapper and Chips Good. Breaded style. Server was nice enough, but not the most focused. Gave us the wrong sized soup, and took our drink order wrong, but maybe she misheard because of our masks. Location has nice view over the marina. Free parking available. Pretty average all around. A safe option if in the area"
