I enjoy the food for the most part but sometimes when I order they give me the wrong order I've had to go back several times but still enjoyed the food still enjoy the atmosphere the most View all feedback.
What William doesn't like about Cook Out:
One of the worst experiences i ever had at a restaurant. We ordered at the drive thru, and they forgot a burger. We did not realize until we got back to the hotel. I tried calling, with no luck. When i drove back, the doors were locked (it was late), so i had to sit in the drive thru for 25 minutes (it was like no wait before). Great food. A little slow in service, but it's probably because the food is good.
Listen to me people! I went to cook tonight. These people were 100% the absolute post-covid group of people in any fast food facility I've been treating so far. I don't know anyone from this facility or the surrounding area. I'm from Clay County Alabama myself. These people at this point were absolutely better than a sit down restaurant to me. 5 stars all day for the 5th crew that came through at 8:40 am on 09/17/21!
Great food. Great prices. Don't have a quick meal. Staff are very friendly. Try the Cheerwine float. Absolutely amazing. And if you like Zaxbys sauce, try cooking it is much better. Will definitely eat again.
This is unacceptable. $3.39 for a order of these supposed white cheddar bites. How could you feel comfortable serving this to someone? They are so hard, dry and old. The cheese is nowhere to be found. Please do better.
After eating my food about an hour later I became very sick for 4 days
