What William doesn't like about Cook Out:
One of the worst experiences i ever had at a restaurant. We ordered at the drive thru, and they forgot a burger. We did not realize until we got back to the hotel. I tried calling, with no luck. When i drove back, the doors were locked (it was late), so i had to sit in the drive thru for 25 minutes (it was like no wait before).
