What I really like about this place is sitting at the bar and have the bartender share with you the little secrets of the drinks. The bar overlooks the wharf, so a very pleasant view. The bartender is friendly. If you like gin, then you will be spoilt for choice. However a little caution: don't order the cocktails as they are pre-made and bottle in the tiny little things. I, like many others in Sydney, initially came to Belles Hot Chicken for the food, but I ended up staying for the delicious gin selection.
