"Stye in my eye after facial. This review is for the spa only, as I have not been to the resort and cannot speak to that. I have been to buttermilk spa a few times over the years. The past two times I’ve gone it’s just gone more downhill. They are still talking about Covid in regards to why their services are all 10 minutes shorter but the prices are still the same. You are a spa shouldn’t you always have been sanitizing rooms between clients? My most recent facial I woke up the next day with a stye in my eye. Disturbing to say the least. On top of that, the woman who did my facial talked at length about the poor quality of my skin which doesn’t really make you feel very good. At surface level the place looks clean but if you look closely there’s a lot here that needs attention and TLC. I still have a balance on a gift card there and I won’t be returning."

"I've never deceived such an unprofessional restaurant in my life. We called today to deliver food, and they said I'm sorry. We live 6 miles from the place and she did it far. I told her that in the last 1.5 years we have delivered food with success, and tonight she said we're sorry we didn't deliever there. She yelled at me and hung up. Then I called back and now the story changed, she didn't have enough riders and hung up. I asked to talk to the owner and hang them up. She told me my order was 53.00 when the menu was 32.00. Seriously, what is wrong is this world. She lost me."

"It took a little longer than the usual expected time to get our food, but given that it appeared to be only one cook and one wait staff, who was really doing an awesome job trying to keep up with customer's orders, I can totally understand the wait. Once food arrived, it was very delicious and worth the wait."

"Fiirst time visiting and what a surprise. Parking was not that much of a problem. The people that work there was very friendly and helpful. We got seated right away and ordered moments later. The food was very good. I had the carrot ginger soup, impossible burger with fries and a salads. Well done. I definitely will be back."
