What Mike Dyson doesn't like about Endsleigh:
Looked forward to our stay. Not cheap, in fact quite a dear do. Room was tired, ill fitting carpet frayed at edges, lack of maintenance shows in the detail. I suppose the issue for me was the family name and the hotel inspector connection, expectations were too high because of it and any flaw just stood out like a sore thumb.
