"Another winner in the Mission breakfast biz. Service and food were excellent with a range of choices. A very friendly waitress added to the overall good experience. Prices are extremely reasonable. Seating not great but adequate.However this is minor compared with everything else. Do try this lovely little place."

"My sister and I enjoyed a tasty bowl of soup and fresh sandwich (with the amazing homemade bread). The blueberry bliss tea was lovely. We were seated by the window and it felt like we were transported back to England in this quaint and cozy café. We will go back as it's hard to resist seconds in a place like the English Tarts."

"This restaurant came highly recommended. The chicken was yummy. I wasn't a super huge fan of the sides we ordered but my friend liked them well enough. Be careful where you choose to sit, there were so many wasps out on the patio that we needed to relocate to the inside tables."

"We had Olivia and her team cater our wedding this last weekend and it was incredible! More than enough food for everyone, huge portions, very affordable, and made the whole process very easy. Definitely have them cater your wedding if you like Thai food. We also eat here on a regular basis and have never been disappointed!"

"I went out for lunch and was told I couldn't dine in at the restaurant. They were very rude about it.*EDITI was not mistaken I did go to your restaurant and a lady told me I can't eat lunch here. She said I needed a vaccine passport and I didn't have one. If you want to eat at a restaurant where the owner lies to the customers, eat here."

"Attended this week for a book and to get a nice card. Wanted a coffee and cake treat. I noticed daily fresh soups, different sandwiches and many kinds of ice creams. Daily News papers also which I like and to browse my purchased books. The best little book store in Abbotsford. I know it is hard to keep prices on certain books down but would like more sale prices. Comfortable seating area of soft chairs and tables. Very nice cards of all types with comforting words or Christian sayings. Upstairs are more second hand books and discounts. Softsand-13."
