"Food took over an hour to get from when we ordered, ended up having to eat it to go. This unfortunately soured our experience as the atmosphere was great (really good live band) and the food was delicious. "Empty on Tuesday afternoon and it was right next door to Corn Palace The food actually deserves 3 stars but the service brought it down a star. Like I said, the restaurant was completely empty other than one elderly gentleman at the bar, drinking not eating. We sat down and the waitress came with menus and took our drink order. She came back with our iced teas and we ordered. I got the Reuben minus the sauerkraut but add cole slaw. That sandwich was delicious, especially with the thousand island dressing added to it. Hubby got the steak sandwich, which was the special. He said it was a good sandwich as well. We also ordered a basket of tator tots. They were crispy but I felt the oil they were fried in could have been changed. It had that slight old oil taste. Once we got our food no one came to check on us. We had to take our glasses to the bar for refills and even after that she never came by other than to drop off the check. You could have the best food around but if the service is terribly lacking than my review goes way down. I could even understand, a little, if it had been busy, but that wasn 't the case here. It 's convient to the Corn Palace (see my review about that establishment) but with this service I 'd be hard pressed to stop in again."

"We came here for breakfast while on vacation. The place was packed. Good sign right? WRONG. Our hostess seated us and took our drink orders because our waitress was busy. The waitress got mad at the hostess for helping her out and made snide comments to her. The waitress proceeded to ignore us the entire time we were there even though we were seated in her section while being as sweet as pie to the other customers in her station. Occasionally she would give us dirty looks. Never once did she come to our table. After waiting forever, the hostess comes to our table with our drinks. She proceeds to take our food order since it 's apparent our would be waitress has abandoned us. Another long wait and the hostess comes back with the check asking if everything was okay. We never received our food! Finally food comes. My son 's order was wrong he ordered French toast and received pancakes. My daughter 's order was wrong, ordered sausage, received bacon. My food was cold and salty. Husband 's biscuits and gravy were cold and soggy. Not sure how this place was as busy as it was as the food was mediocre and the service was terrible."
