"I have never had such disgusting customer service anywhere in the world. After waiting hours for our main course with no apology or update from our waiter, we asked for the manager. Karin, the owner arrived and was so incredibly rude to us,...no apology but extremely defensive, asking why we didn’t come at Excuse me but she accepted our reservation at by phone. I was shocked at her attitude. Would not recommend this restaurant under any circumstance."

"Wonderful restaurant with creative, one of a kind dishes. We enjoyed our first night so much we went again the next evening. The staff is attentive and friendly, and just about everything on the menu is handmade while the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. We also loved the location, somewhat tucked away from the road and quiet inside. We may need to come back to Innsbruck just to dine here again!"
