Carl's Jr. - Modesto

I typically don't eat quickly, but we were in need of a fast dinner. I had to repeat my order a few times, but it was prepared correctly in the end. I only had a milkshake, while my husband and son enjoyed the handcrafted sandwiches. It fulfilled our needs for a quick meal.

I feel like Carl's has undergone a lot of changes since the pandemic. Before, my mouth would only water for the guacamole hamburger or teriyaki, but now they are just okay. Before, they seemed to understand my personal preferences, but now it seems like they are just like any other friendly restaurant with a hostess or cashier.

The burger was fresh and well-made, with great service and a clean dining room.

Beautiful staff and the din in the opposite are always super clean.

Enjoyed some downtime with a great burger from this location that was charred to perfection. It had been awhile since my last stop here and the facility has been well maintained and is very clean and tidy inside and out. The spanish speaking staff provided excellent service both at the counter and throughout our visit. Parking's a little tight on the Whitmore side due to the other businesses, but more parking on the other side.
