"The 17/10-2022 l in the hotel approx. 18.30 watch the woman who took care of the service desk was very helpful and nice friendliness and compassion because I was on the wrong day, but we did it with very good memory of her help. I was in the room and tried to load my hand, but it didn't work, then I came down and asked for help because I asked myself why I couldn't calculate it and I really needed help from the service hotel staff from the man who couldn't help at all.
