First, shout out to Joel. Maintenance guy. So nice guy helped us with multiple things during our stay. Check in was quick and easy. Room was nice, very clean. Pool was nice and warm. It is in a great location, a friend I was with was only 15 mins away. It was right by davenport and a huge farmers market. We went to 2 really good restaurants near by. View all feedback.

The hotel could use some updates to the actual building. It's a little run down. The gym equipment is lacking or broken. I have to stay here quarterly for business.Breakfast is the same every single day. Waffles, Jimmy Dean Sandwiches in the microwave, biscuits and gravy, and some fruit.It would be nice to have scrambled eggs or even hard boiled eggs.The staff was all very nice and friendly.
