Steak 'n Shake - Moline

What Mary K likes about Steak 'n Shake:
The good was okay. The ease of ordering by kiosk takes out the service delivery. The atmosphere was not the same without servers. The floors are still slippery from the greasiness. Watched a child walk by to use the restroom, and slipped because of the floor. He didn't hit the floor because his grandmother was holding his hand. The seats were all ripped up. Very uncomfortable. We order two combos all the time. To go or dine in. And the orders aren't ever correct. Plus the host wasn't very helpful. And people making the orders were slow. This is why I usually go to your restaurant on Elmore Ave now. Service is much better. There. View all feedback.
