Village Inn - Feedback

What Jacqueline Shepherd doesn't like about Village Inn:
It took over 35min to get our breakfast and 10min to get a chocolate milk refill for our son. We were told it was due to take out orders that came in seconds before our order was put in. I understand take out orders need to be taken care of but in house should have some priority. The food is usually cooked well with low additional salt. Occasionally overcooked hash browns and eggs will be served. The service is usually decent, although there have been a number of times I left without getting a much needed drink refill. The walls and window coverings are not clean, with visible food splatter and crud. I just can't understand why, for the prices they change, they cannot clean the dining area. View all feedback.
