Lovely staff. Always happy to make a cold smoothie if none left in fridge. Air-con a little fierce, almost need to wear a coat.

"Nice restaurant in the heart of Ross on Wye. Small but beautiful vegan menu and can highly recommend the vegan sticky toffe pudding. Great service of beautiful employees and good value. Really nice cocktail menu also. will return"

"The best kebab I've had in wales. The food is high quality and not greasy. The staff are all incredibly friendly especially ‘’İsmail’’and you can tell they take pride in the food they make. I would recommend to anyone!!! (they also cook certain foods on a charcoal grill which really adds to the flavour) Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch"

"We had Sunday lunch at The New Court. It was 1st class. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The Beef was unbelievabley tender and the portions were so generous. The children had chicken and that was really tender and tasty. All served with Yorkshire puddings and cauliflower cheese.The service was really good with everyone being friendly and welcoming. Definitely reccomend this place ."

"We live only 20 miles away, but I booked a room so we could have a nice relaxed time with some aperitifs, good wine with the meal, and a digestif. We chose the Hardwick as we've been there before and enjoyed it, good honest food, no unnecessary bits, well cooked. I read in the local paper that they had a large sum of money stolen by their accountant, and nearly folded, so we chose to go to the Hardwick. I am a wheelchair user, and was helped by the staff, they were all delightful, and the food was outstanding, I can't eat much meat, especially red meat, so I had a fish starter and vegetarian main, delicious and lots of it. I am really impressed with the resilience of the owners and staff, having been through a terrible time, due to a dishonest accountant. Goodluck to all of them."

"It was our first visit and the staff were very patient and accommodating in helping my elderly mother-in-law. The toasted sandwich, cake and coffee were absolutely divine! Would definitely recommend Coffee#1 and will definitely go back"

"Sunday lunch the food was excellent. However, and it was a big however, the service was awful. The taking of orders was slow to come. The delivery of food took much longer than it should have done. The clearing of dishes was extraordinarily slow and was done a couple of dishes at a time and never completed. All the staff seemed to be interested in (and no doubt they were told to do this) was pestering for more drinks orders. Some but not all of the staff were young and clearly inexperienced. They need to be trained or there will be more dissatisfied customers."
