"I've been using this store for a number of years, and the experience is always varied. Sometimes pizza is actually hot fresh and ready, sometimes you have to wait 5, 10, 20 or even once had to wait almost 45 minutes to get my order. The mobile app does seem to make things easier, but out of the half dozen or so times I've used the app, only once was my pizza ready and in the portal on time. Every other time its anywhere from 5-15 minutes late, meaning the employees are not doing their jobs and checking, because it only takes 15 minutes for the pizza to be made, and my order is always placed at least 20 minutes in advance of my arrival due to drive time from my house."

"They have had some inconsistencies over time but, mostly the food and service is good. The eggplant sandwich and chicken tostada grande are my favorite for lunch. Breakfast and dinner are good too. I would recommend."

"Had a very unfortunate experience at Alchemy recently. Two of us there for dinner ordered calamari that was way over cooked and didn't taste good at all. One of us had the three palm salad and it only had lettuce, no artichoke hearts or hearts of palm. Smothered with croutons and shake Parmesan, instead of shaved. And lastly, I had fried chicken and mashed potatoes. Mashed potatoes were cold and the fried chicken tasted bad also.... I think the oil it was cooked in was old. Explains the calamari too. We were so disappointed because we've loved Alchemy since its inception. Wondering what's going on there. We were told they had a brand new cook. Anyway, the bartender and server were wonderful."

"I would give this place 10 stars if I could. breakfast was absolutely delicious and service was great!!! It’s nothing like the average egg and bacon. Their chef did a great job making the meal tasty and not bland. Our server Johnathon was friendly and provided excellent service. I asked for my hash browns to be certain way and he made sure they were. He also suggested the home made jam which was so delicious that we bought couple of jars to take home and we are enjoying them at home. We would certainly come back anytime we’re in town. THANKS!"

"Portions are amazing, chefs definitely know what they do, I can taste the culture and work them in their food. The beef tongue is exquisite to us, just too tasty. The staff as very attentive, helpful and super friendly. They are timely and have plenty of food in a short time. They make a lot of accusations and offer all their hot sauces and a salsa bar. This place is amazing and I can't wait to get more food from there."
