The rice was over cooked (or old and on heat way too long) besides that the meal tasted ok. But after finishing and waiting to pay, I watched a waitress dump my leftover tortilla chips in with the to be served chips. That turned my stomach and had me second guessing the freshness of the Pollo Loco I ate. View all feedback.
