While the Special Pho was good we got fried rice which tasted burnt. Also there were flies landing on our food while we ate and when I asked for water the guy pointed at the water cooker behind him. Would have gotten 5 stars had they added the fortune cookies and candies to the to go order. When spending almost $100 I expect not to have pack my own things....
