We come to Monroe and 5 times a year and we always try to stop at the Tuscano. You have an excellent menu, large portions, great drinks and a great service. The food is delicious and generous. I love her pizza, her salads, her asparagus and my children also love her pizza and pasta. View all feedback.
What Emily Dicks doesn't like about Tuscano's Italian Kitchen:
Though the service was quick, I ordered off of the “gluten free menu” thinking they were more knowledgeable because they had one. However, when I was presented my fettuccine Alfredo, I found not 1-not 2, but 3 none gluten free noodles (at least as I stopped eating when I found them). Sure, they were apologetic, but I do not feel that my needs were met nor respected. I will not be eating here again. View all feedback.

Chrissy our server was very friendly and helpful. With service and everything was as desired. My sister and I shared the Prime Rib Dip with spices, it was served on individual dishes for us. We had the Crispy Brussel Sprouts, they were AMAZING! I recommend this restaurant and come back!
I had the 6th here. My daughter's birthday party before I took a movie over the street. Everyone I met this day was absolutely wonderful! They were friendly, patient, helpful....one of the best experiences ever! The food was delicious, the prices were affordable. I want to have a lunch. Thanks again, the entire staff to make my daughter's birthday party perfectly seamless! Happy Holidays!
Great Italian food. Family friendly, with crayons for the kids. Nicely-sized entrees. Only dropped a star because the happy hour specials (which are actually available all day on Sundays) is only available if seated in the bar. This was only made clear after getting a menu (and carefully reading it) when we were seated in the main dining area.
There was a little hole in the wall place in the U district called Tuscano's where I proposed on Valentines day 20+ years ago, so on a lark we booked a table here for Valentines day this year. To be honest, I was not expecting much something along the lines of an olive garden but my limited expectations were sorely misplaced. The food was amazing, and the service was even better. Not pretentious and family friendly, but still romantic enough for date night. We cannot wait to come back to our new (not so little) place and explore the menu further.
