If you want to taste the typical flavors of the peasant cuisine of Abruzzo, you have to visit this farm. All the products used are family production. The kitchen does not have excellence or particularity....simplely it is extraordinarily genuine and peasant with merits and defects of the same. Local in an unspoilt, intimate and medium-range atmosphere for the number of occupants, led by staff of undoubted friendliness. Appetizer of the house based on meats, cheeses and some hot flow (polenta, meatballs and eggs, sheep's meatballs) very typical. The varieties of cheese tastings are especially appreciated.
