The fish and chips were virtually black in colour not the light golden brown of traditional fish and chips. The batter was soggy. The chips too thin and ‘scraggly ends’. Suggest the oil needs to be changed more often. . The peas arrived cold and were returned to be heated but they were no better warm they are mashed and creamed peas not traditional mushy peas .
