We recently had dinner at this lovely restaurant. We decided to taste the Valais meat fondue (glareyarde) and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the meat, tender and tasty. However, as meat lovers, we would have preferred it cooked differently than in broth, but that depends on individual preference. After waiting for 1 hour! we were served entrecote parisienne which was a high loin steak and very thinly sliced! I mean something different by entrecote. The fries weren't crispy either! There were 26 of us, none of whom were satisfied The kitchen is overwhelmed. View all feedback.
