Burger King - Montrose

What Valerie Dale likes about Burger King:
Would have given this a 5 star all around however, we were missing our cheesy tots. Customer service was outstanding!! The place was clean and all the food we got was hot and tasty. This was the fastest service I have Ever had at a BK, but in its haste we missed the one item. It did not take long for them to cook and our wait was minimal. Food was hot and fresh unfortunately we were in a hurry and did not realize that our order was missing a burger. Ordered 2 whopper juniors and got 1 double cheese burger. Split one piece of bun each and one patty each, no time to go back to fix the problem. View all feedback.
