In the village at the foot of the extroadinary last Cathar stronghold Montségur, Hotel Costes welcomes pilgrims and visitors with excellent vin rosé and well cooked very tasty dishes, including vegetarian and vegan choices. Try the mixed pepper cutlets, the huge salads and home cooked (excellent) French fries. Bad conduct, the restaurant manager disrespects his customers and behaves in a humiliating and disrespectful manner. When we arrived the restaurant was not full at 00:30 and because we arrived two more people than the reservation did not allow us to stay and kicked us out. I have been to many prestigious places in my life and I have never encountered anything like this. read more.
