The day we visited Montségur (mid-June) we felt like we were the only tourists in town as it was so quiet. We bought bread at a bakery in town, and asked the baker if he could suggest a place to eat, and he recommended Lou Sicret, which was close by. We made a return visit from two years ago, to find changes. There was a very set menu, not suitable for young children. No help was offered in order for us to feed them.
