went early for a breakfast and at first service was good. Got the food which was delicious but then it had got busier, though there was a lot more staff on we did not get asked if we wanted another coffee or table cleared. Eventually we caught a ladies eye and ordered coffees which got forgotten or missed, so after a while caught her eye again and asked how long coffees would be and she didn't remember taking our ord... Had lunch today, given table to go and be seated. No one came to our table until I drew attention to them. No introduction to the menu or specials available for the day. No smiles and table staff looking disinterested. Can tell they are not trained in hospitality.My husband ordered a burger and it came in a basket that ended up meat/tomato juices running on the table and he had to use his servitte to catch the drips....
