Bianca's is a good deli that makes solid sandwiches. The owner and his wife run the place and are working hard behind the counter. The inside is a little outdated and could use a makeover. They have nice outdoor seating to enjoy a nice sunny day in Moraga. The grilled chicken jack on a roll is just a great sandwich. The customer is always...wrong??? I've been there four times and each time I've been made to feel like I'm an inconvenience. I don't mind the CASH ONLY vibe but at least have an ATM that works. After walking to the nearby bank, I attempted to order the roast turkey, only to by be scolded for not reading the sign that indicated they won't have it for 4 weeks due to bird flu and supply issues.
