Toots Cafe Bistro - Moray

I'm very upset. in which I regularly evaluate the positive effects to compensate for the negatiw. there was no negatiw for our stay. this is a real boutique hotel, stylish and cozy with a true feeling of calm, paired with a relaxed and soothing environment. the service here was brilliant, from the cheerful young lady who served an excellent breakfast, to control, charming, funny and engaged, no matter how busy he was. the rooms were cozy, but well equipped, bed linen absolutely delightful. the true star of our stay was eating. so much that I had twice the same meal, two nights in a row. the roe deer starter was stunning, my partner cannelloni was incredible. as a retired cook I have the ability to woven into these dishes, really appreciated, a mix of classic and new cooking techniques to create simple, qualitatiw high quality, well-designed dishes. I can't recommend enough.

We really enjoyed our stay and were particularly impressed by the menu even more tasting. very recommended all rounds.

Very interesting menu in restaurant and toots bar. really well made and presented, although simple quirky decisions. it's worth it.

Friendly staff, good service, nicely presented comfortable space. The menu sounded very fancy but the food was disappointing. Overcooked, over messed with . It's like they were trying to hard. Lack of balance on the minimalist main course plates. Some veg would be nice too or at least the option to order sides. Shame.
