If I could I would give 6 points for the service. We wanted to have a nice evening, eat first-class in an Italian restaurant and the waiter served us in 'German '! We visit Lugano frequently but haven't been to Orologio in months. The menu has changed and although the food is still excellent, the menu choices aren't as appealing. I used to have a difficult decision as to which dishes to try because they all sounded delicious.
