While I was in town and when KC girls were stopped, I can honestly say I was impressed. It's legit KC-style BBQ! Not only that- the meat was smoked this morning and they make their sides, dry ruins and the delicious sweet and spicy KC BBQ sauce from scratch! They even stuff their own sausage here. Saw great reviews for the place thought we would try. I was looking for a good grill. Very disappointed. My friend ordered the ribs nothing but fat and cold when we picked it up. I understand ribs have fat on them, but if it is literally 90 fat 10 meats a problem. I order to have pulled pork and cry again, it's cold.
