I placed an online order during the Christmas period. My order was confirmed and payment was deducted from my bank account. But when I showed up to collect my order, a sign on the door said the shop would be closed until January I’ve tried to arrange a refund of the amount that was deducted from my bank account multiple times, but have still not received this. I absolutely love this fish and chip shop. What sets it apart for me is that it's not your typical order and takeaway joint. There's a touch of elegance throughout the establishment, and the menu offers some unique extras like sweet potato chips and potato cakes.

Great fish chips and always over and above with service. they always bring water for dogs and always very polite and professional. a large selection of fresh salads and really nicely broken fishing.
Eating was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasant. especially we enjoyed the great mood of the staff. we are coming back
Love eating, the burgers are delicious and with sweet potato chips and cake means that our family gets what they want.
