forgot the sauce for the sweet and sour pork. i called twice and it rang out. on the third attempt someone picked up. they first didn't believe the item was missing, then they blamed menulog and refused to help beyond having me pick up the sauce myself (which I can't do). to add insult to injury the food that did arrive was rather ordinary. never again.
