"We visited the Counting House while on holidays with our two young boys. Not knowing the area at all, we had had a few hit and miss eating experiences, but our lunch here was by far the best meal we had during our week. I wish we had discovered it earlier. The staff were attentive (refilling water regularly), and attended to our boys very well, bringing paper and pencils to keep them amused and adding salad to the kiddy meal without an issue. We ordered the pork sliders, Morrocan chicken burger, kids fish and chips, lemon tart and drinks. All were excellent, perfectly cooked and really yummy. Great position near the beach and park. It was a perfect ending to our time in Mornington, and will be the first place we will eat when visiting that area again."

"The Winey Cow been on a bit of a break on the peninsula and the cafes did not disappoint menu had a unique variety of selections highly recommend the 'three little pigs ' dish for something different 7/10 for taste, coin and its uniqueness"

"Love this cafe. Have never had an issue. Nice staff and good food. Sometimes busy. Especially love how they serve take away smoothies in jars. Great to see effort being made towards minimising waste. (Would be better if it was fully vegan though)"

"We have been to Trofeo several times before, but not for a while, and found it to be ok. It was overall disappointing this time. Some of the flavours were great but the portions were small. The cost was way too high for the product."

"What an amazing find......the yum cha is the best I have ever had...and believe me....I've eaten a lot and in Asia too!!!...The food is cooked to order...not brought around on trollies so is lovely and hot and fresh, I don't have a favourite it is all delicious...the chocolate dumplings were a hit! My husband ordered the wonton noodle soup which arrived after we had all finished our meal and it was disappointing :-( sometimes a bit of a wait but so worth it..and the staff are lovely. Since discovering chubby buddies I have brought all my family at different times...lunch and dinner and they have all been impressed...cant wait to return again soon..keep up the good work."
