"Really nice food!! I’ve had quite a lot of pizza all over the world and this was up there with the best! Tacos were delicious too a little bit too good, I wanted more!! Cocktail was good, I would have tried another one if I wasn’t driving. Service was quick as we came quite late, but surprisingly quick for a Saturday night. Nice colours and wall art. Not too sure what the hanging buckets were for, but rest of the decor was funky. My only issue was it was the atmosphere was very loud so conversations were difficult to maintain and music was too bouncy so I felt like I was rushing eating maybe some more mellow jazz would be better. Overall had a nice experience! Vegetarian options: Veg options for all dishes Parking: Parking is free on the street after 6pm but gets very busy, small paid car park short walk across the road"

"Never been dissapointed here where the food is truly flavour packed and prepared with extreme care by ex Masterchef finalist, Dave. Always looked after and used for special occasiuons where the wine float is a must for the larger menus. Expensive but worth it. Some month's do a special menu for lunch which is great value taster menu for the larger more expensive menu options. Quality on any menu is just outstanding. No other restuarant compares for quality of food, thus far! Cheese platter supplied by Grate in Jesmond is worthy of special mention as is the service. Oh, and the Kets! Can't go wrong just save up first and do it."

"The food at La Famiglia is absolutely excellent. They often have fish and seafood specials which are tremendous. Their Sunday roasts are also fabulous and only around £10 each. I have to recommend the Chicken Skewers and Seafood Sharing Platter, as well as the Caprese Salad (my fiancee is a strict vegetarian). NEVER had a reason to complain about anything I 've had here in over 4 years of attending this super-friendly restaurant. And they do have WiFi for device-obsessed patrons, but the password is Talk2eachother as they 're trying (and succeeding) in promoting a great, chatty, quiet music, friendly and welcoming eating place. Well done to Rob and the rest of the staff. One of my top 5 eateries in Newcastle."

"Great eating was just stunning. had one of the best Sunday dinners I ever had. the swarm was slowly roasted to perfection, yorkshire puddings were light and huge, veg and trimming perfectly cooked and all for £10.00 I can't wait to come back and have it back. beautiful atmosphere, huge portions and nice staff."
