The app was freezing up when trying to edit a hamburger and then when checking out never gave an option to use the drive thru. When we pulled into the drive through just to ask if we could change it because the app messed up we were rudely told no you have to come in to get it. Staff were great and apologized for items that weren't avaliable. The food was fresh and my boys were happy.
Why ask what sauce for a child 's happy meal if you are never going to put it in the bag?! The fries were NOT fresh. I get its fast food , but at least get it right. The lady that took the money was at least friendly.
The morning is very angry and they don't take care of the net very well.

Horrible customer service. Had used the app to order food and go to the counter to pick it up only to have them tell me that they cant find my order when i show them the ticket number as well as it being paid for.. absolutely ignorant as well as rude because they have no decency to try and fix it or give you the food when you show them what it was and that it was already paid for. And the managers are not any better down right rude. Had several issues today with this and the systems being down for orders in app or on kiosk.
