The staff here are very friendly and accommodating - they found us a highchair and a table with room for a pushchair. There are lots of staff so you don't have to wait long if you need something. We have been here a few times, most recently in early July. We had the steak, the fondue and the tartiflette. The tartiflette was quite disappointing, the fondue ok and the steak very good. We were a group of 7 friend booked the previous evening. It was very cold on one side of table as seated at the front end behind plastic window. Cold despite gas heater on one side. Waiter was initially quiet miserable and tried to talk us out of our choice of starter as it was normally a main as if it was some real hassle as it was cheese fondue and came with hot coals. “Your money” he quipped. Worst picanha ever; asked for medium-rare. It was undercooked at first and still cold in the middle. After being returned to the kitchen, it came back well done...
